Over the past two days of the weekend, Shanghai Gaopeng conducted a demanding yet meaningful Transformation Training Camp. From initial nervousness and anticipation, the team members ended up reaping great rewards through sweat and tears. The two days felt both long and short. What once seemed like a school-only military training activity brought the Gaopeng team to an unprecedented level of unity, both emotionally and in tacit understanding.
Camp Entry Ceremony: The team received unified attire, formed ranks, and attended the opening ceremony. With a sense of solemn ritual, everyone quickly assumed their roles.
Training Highlights: The various training tasks tested the team's coordination, sense of honor and shame, memory, and more. Though difficult, amid countless failures, no one gave up easily, and the team never abandoned any member!
Signing the Military Pledge: Each department solemnly set its quarterly goals, and with a soldier's resolve, firmly marched toward them!
