Shanghai Gaopeng has always hoped to build a "Golden Eagle" team that, based on the corporate platform, creates value for the electroplating industry. After long preparation, the Shanghai Gaopeng Golden Eagle Special Training Camp was officially launched on August 17, 2019.

Guiding ideology: Enhance practical capabilities through knowledge learning; elevate knowledge application through practical experience.
Organizational structure: Our CEO, Mr. Liu Guochuan, personally serves as the head coach of the training camp, and Executive Vice President Ms. Zhang Jiping serves as the executive coach. Our trainees will have the opportunity to receive close guidance and direct communication with senior management. The leadership will personally participate in all training plans and supervisory work from start to finish, giving trainees an opportunity to quickly absorb senior management experience and grow.
At the opening ceremony, Head Coach Liu Guochuan delivered an inspiring speech. He emphasized that since its founding, Shanghai Gaopeng has upheld the business philosophy of altruism, trust, openness, and the unity of knowledge and action—a crystallization of the wisdom and practice of Mr. Kazuo Inamori and Mr. Wang Yangming. Therefore, the first requirement of the training camp is ideological unity and team alignment. These two books were designated as guiding textbooks for the training camp, requiring trainees to read and reflect on them more deeply and truly achieve the unity of knowledge and action.
Meanwhile, Head Coach Liu Guochuan made market research the primary objective of the Golden Eagle Special Training Camp. He said, "We must conduct in-depth research on the entire electroplating industry chain and treat market research as a core proposition, so that we can stay half a step ahead of others and grasp the real needs of customers." If we are too far ahead, we will inevitably lose touch with reality. Therefore, "staying half a step ahead" became his message to all camp trainees.
At the opening ceremony, all trainees solemnly pledged under the gaze of the Gaopeng family: "I volunteer to join the Gaopeng Golden Eagle Special Training Camp, identify with the organization's management philosophy, practice its core values, strictly observe the camp discipline, earnestly fulfill the camp mission, resolutely execute the camp tasks, and do my utmost to achieve the camp goals. I will work hard, reflect at all times, create value through altruism, and strive to be a service pioneer; I will be proactive, study diligently, pursue excellent results, and strive to be a growth model; I will work as a team, share weal and woe—celebrating victories with cheers and fighting to save one another in defeat. I love the industry and am loyal to my profession. I am willing to keep striving for the healthy development of the industry, never giving up easily, and be a loyal, courageous warrior!"
The 2019 Shanghai Gaopeng Golden Eagle Special Training Camp is the first training organization established by Gaopeng. It is an intensive training program for unifying thinking and aligning goals, enhancing practical capabilities through knowledge learning, and elevating knowledge application through practical experience. It aims to provide all Gaopeng employees with a long-term, effective platform for learning, practice, cooperation, competition, and communication—and to serve as a powerful incubator for cultivating Gaopeng's "signature talent."
